Prince of Songkla University
Former name: Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Physical Therapy Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University. It was established along with the Faculty of Medicine as announced in the Royal Gazette on October 6, 1972. It opened for the first year of medical students in 1973, with the department office at the Faculty of Engineering until 1982. The department office has been moved to the 1st floor. Orthopedic building Songklanagarind Hospital and teaching and learning are organized and patient service until now

pre-graduate level Doctor of Medicine curriculum, Health, Disease and Orthopedic Rehabilitation course for 5th year medical students and Orthopedic practice course for medical student practicing medicine (Extern)
Post-graduate level Training is provided in two parallel courses: the Advanced Graduate Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences. Orthopedics and resident doctor training courses for certificates showing knowledge and expertise in practicing medicine.
